This radio looks a bit like the one my father used to own in the early 60s. It meant so much back then. It was the source for information, entertainment and relaxation. Wonder box of sounds...beautiful and wonderful sounds. It was a magic box of voices and music! Music! Songs! A strange of different languages! A strange simple box which contained some wires and electronic gadgets that produce sounds, music and songs from some unseen source.This is where my love for music began. It was also my source of learning languages as well as listening to stories. The songs-the oldies were really catchy and easy to sing along with.
